La sculpture est pour moi la mat\u00e9rialisation des sentiments. Elle me permet d\u2019exprimer mon intimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans la d\u00e9coupe du verre au diamant et dans l\u2019assemblage avec le fer, le bois, la pierre, la lumi\u00e8re na\u00eet de la cassure, de l\u2019\u00e9clat et unit les couleurs. J\u2019associe le verre \u00e0 des outils souvent agricoles ou \u00e0 des mati\u00e8res anciennes pour exprimer mon sentiment que l\u2019homme doit puiser dans ses racines pour avancer. Assembler, rassembler des outils, des pens\u00e9es oubli\u00e9es, jet\u00e9s et dans un instant de sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9, sculpter, leur redonner une nouvelle vie et dire que ce n\u2019est jamais fini. Du c\u0153ur \u00e0 la main, \u00eatre le levain pour offrir le pain, et nous \u00e9veiller \u00e0 la notion d\u2019\u00e9ternit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 1991, ma premi\u00e8re exposition exprimait la souffrance et la beaut\u00e9 du monde paysan, son accord et sa sensibilit\u00e9 avec la nature mais aussi de son \u00e9loignement. Celle-ci s\u2019appelait \u00ab\u00a0De Terrien \u00e0 Verrien\u00a0\u00bb. Maintenant, je me rends compte que mon histoire se tient ici, essayer de faire sentir \u00e0 l\u2019humanit\u00e9 le sacr\u00e9 de son existence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour moi, l\u2019art c\u2019est pouvoir dire, voir, toucher, sentir, go\u00fbter la Vie. Offrir un espace de paix, de libert\u00e9. L\u2019artiste ne fait pas pour faire, mais pour dire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ecouter l\u2019oiseau chanter, il chante la paix. Encore faudrait-il les emprunter, ne pas rester au ras des p\u00e2querettes, \u00e0 la surface des choses,\u00a0 comme l\u2019eau qui glisse sur les plumes du canard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bernard Froment,\u00a0 \u00e0 dire vrai, c\u2019est une sculpture \u00e0 bras-le-corps et \u00e0 tire-d\u2019aile, dans un ballet \u00e9trange, fusionnel, qui nous rappelle avec le verre le sable que le vent a vu na\u00eetre. D\u2019une serrure \u00e0 bout de souffle, il nous offre la carte d\u2019improbables univers. Son travail allie subtilement l\u2019abstraction et le r\u00e9alisme. Proche de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne, il nous transporte dans un monde irr\u00e9el, fait de cr\u00e9atures virevoltantes, tournoyantes, impalpables. Tour de Babel \u00e0 fleur de peau. Bernard Froment sugg\u00e8re une marge d\u2019ind\u00e9fini. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une concision et une intensit\u00e9 rares, il d\u00e9ploie des fr\u00e9missements. Simple et compliqu\u00e9 il nous invite \u00e0 habiter po\u00e9tiquement le monde, \u00e0 l\u2019image de H\u00f6lderlin\u2026 Sur terre habite l\u2019homme et l\u2019\u00e9change et la discussion sont per\u00e7ues comme sculpture orale\u2026 C\u2019est ce qu\u2019avait magnifiquement mis en lumi\u00e8re Nietzsche\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019homme n\u2019est plus artiste, il est devenu une
